This Policy applies to all personal data processed by Borto in connection with the Services, whether collected online or offline, by automated or non-automated means. Under Law No. 18-07 the processing of personal data is subject to requirements if the data controller is established in Algeria or uses means located in Algeria.
Information We Collect
We may collect:

- Contact data (email, phone) 
- Usage data (logins, messaging metadata) 
- Device & technical data (IP address, operating system) 
We do not collect content of encrypted messages or calls beyond what is necessary for service provision.
Purpose & Legal Basis

- Provide and maintain the Services 
- Authenticate users, manage access

Under Law No. 18-07, processing must respect dignity, privacy and public freedoms.
Storage & Data Hosting
You may choose to host your data on-premises or in a trusted private/cloud data centre. Wherever data is stored, we apply industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Transfers of data outside Algeria (if applicable) will be subject to applicable authorisations under Algerian law.
